Ultra Battle Fort is an area in B3313.
Description[]
This area is a huge cube-shaped cage with a considerable amount of tricky vertical platforming. In order to reach the top, the player must perform series of successive wall-jumps, including one rather difficult jump off of a pole. There are also dropping platforms, spinning islands, and the signature turning bridge from Whomp's Fortress (beta). To reach a floating fortress over the top of the course, use of a cannon is required. The area's enemies mostly consist of Piranha Plants, with a lone Thwomp at the very top of the cage.
Origins[]
Created by SonicAndMarioGames1985 for a canceled ROM hack from 2020. The area's layout is based on the level Whomp's Fortress ll from the now-canceled Super Mario Land 64 Rom Hack by Cybertanuki. Most of the textures seem to be taken from the Shoshinkai and B-Roll beta versions of the vanilla game.
The music playing is the "Main Theme" track from the main game's OST.
