Twisted Castle Grounds is an area in B3313.
Description[]
A mirrored and texturally inverted version of the standard Castle Grounds. The bridge leading to the main doors is missing, and all of the doors are walled off. A pipe stands where the Toad statue in back once was, and a drowned Mario floats in the moat.
While no cannons or Wing Caps are present in the area, through wall kicking, it is possible to access the roof of the castle. There are no interactable objects on top of it; however, the player can enter the hidden corridor behind the beta clock symbol. The doors at the end of the corridor warp the player into the moat of the same area.
Origins[]
The area is a manipulated version of the Castle Grounds and a direct reference to the videos 01.22.96 and Epilogue from Emmy's Super Mario 64 CLASSIFIED series.
The music playing is a recreation of the distorted and reversed version of "Donut Plains '95" heard in the video series, called "Rose-Tinted Purgatory".

- Crescent Castle: The hole in front of the cloud painting In the art hallway's right-side room has a small chance of warping to this area.
- Twisted Purple Hallway: Enter the double doors at the end of the corridor.
- Parallel Lobby: Use the Vanish Cap to pass through the mirror room and enter the door on the other side, then enter the lower door in the white void.

- Uncanny Basement: Enter the warp pipe behind the castle. This can also lead to a game crash in v0.9.
