Prince Bob-omb's Redemption is an area in B3313.

Description

This area is at first glance completely identical to Ice-Cold Warzone. However, rather than featuring that level's snowy aesthetic, it appears to use desaturated versions of the vanilla BOB textures. The battlefield is now devoid of life aside from Prince Bob-omb, with heavy snow and a thick white fog blanketing the whole area. The player is also boxed in by invisible walls, so they cannot traverse anywhere beyond the summit.

When the player enters the level, a timer immediately begins counting upwards. Once this timer reaches 40, the player will immediately lose all their health and lose a life.

Origins

The concept of this area appears to have been inspired by the ROM hack "Unrelated" by S-NDBB. Other than that, it is simply the vanilla game's Bob-omb Battlefield with a more snowy appearance.

The music playing is the "Haunted House" theme from the same game's OST.

IF YOU WANTED TO SEE ME SO BADLY, YOU COULD HAVE JUST PICKED THE STAR AGAIN, BUT YOU HAD TO RUIN MY DAY! HAVE YOU LOST YOUR SENSE OF HONOR SOMEWHERE IN THAT CASTLE?

I GUESS I'LL JUST STAY HERE AND ADMIRE THE IMAGE OF MY KINGDOM.

Trivia

• Using debug mode, it is possible for the player to move past the invisible walls on the summit and explore the rest of the area. However, there is little of interest to be found, as all NPCs, enemies, and objects are absent.
• The player can stay alive even after the timer reaches zero by talking to the Prince Bob-omb near the time out. Although, the only way out in this case is to Fast Travel.
