King Bowser's Castle was an area in B3313.

Description

King Bowser's Castle seems to be an obscure version of the Vanilla Lobby, with similar structure but a completely different layout. The main room is very large and has 5 painting rooms coming off of it, with a warp pipe to the right. There is also a double door at the back, a star door in the middle, and a key door on the higher floor.

Origins

This area is directly taken from the castle lobby "King Bowser's Castle" from Super Mario 89.

The music playing is a variation of the "Inside Castle" theme from the vanilla game.

Stars

This area has 1 star to collect:

• Collect the Vanish Cap and go behind the grate over the double doors in the back to access the star.

Warps

Two-way:

• Sinister Hallway: Enter the double doors at the back.
• Paint Room: Enter the key door at the top.

Leading away:

• BlackJoyStick's Bob-omb Village: Enter the Bob-omb Battlefield painting.
• Castle1: Enter the beta Whomp's Fortress painting.
• Cold, Cold Crevasse: Enter the Cool, Cool Mountain painting.
• The Mountain of Many Mushrooms: Enter the trapdoor in the ground behind the star door.
• BlackJoyStick's 4th Floor: Jump into the warp pipe in the main area.
• Star Road (beta): In the painting room with the beta WF painting, jump up to a ledge near the ceiling, then enter the brightly lit section of the wall.
• Eel Graveyard: Look up at the ceiling on the sun carpet in the main room.
