B3313 Wiki

Ice-Cold Warzone is an area in B3313.

Description[]

The area is identical in layout to the vanilla Bob-omb Battlefield, but the grass is replaced with snow, which constantly falls from the sky. There is now also a warp pipe at the top of the mountain, as well as many more enemies around, including Goombas, Chuckyas, and Bob-ombs marching in place.

As of v0.9, the cannons are now operational during the daytime and fire at a rapid pace, making travel through this level extremely difficult. However, they are disabled at night.

Origins[]

The area's layout is taken directly from the vanilla Super Mario 64, along with all textures.

The music playing is the "Haunted House" theme from the vanilla game's OST.

Stars[]

This area has 1 star to collect:

  • There is a star at the top of the mountain, which teleports the player to Prince Bob-omb's Redemption upon collection.
    • In v0.9, this star was a fake Red Star. In v1.0, it was changed to a real yellow star, and in UA, it was changed to a real Red Star.

Trivia[]

  • In earlier versions of B3313, the "Top of the Mountain" star in Ice-Cold Warzone shared the same star ID as the "Floating Island Item Box" star in Bob-omb Battlefield (beta). Therefore, after the player collected one of these stars, the other would show as already collected as well.
  • In v0.2, there were three Big Bob-ombs at the top of the mountain, all of whose stars shared the same Star ID.
