Frosty Flowering Peak is an area in B3313.
Description[]
This stage has two halves to it, a Grassy State and a Snowy State. The layouts between each are mostly identical, although there are subtle differences between the two (for example, the bottomless pit covered by flimsy vines in the grassy state are replaced with burning ice in the snowy state). There are also numerous rocks strewn about the level that appear in one state but not in the other. The player can switch between the two states via ? pads strewn throughout the level.

The area originates from the hack "The Octember Project" by IProgramInCpp.
The music playing is a slowed down remix of the SMB1 Overworld theme from Super Mario All-Stars.
Stars[]
This area has 2 stars to collect:
- In the grassy state, the player must grab Ukiki who can be found mid-way down the mountain. Then when prompted, select "FREE". Doing so will spawn the Star once the monkey is put down. Selecting "HOLD" does not do anything, and the Star will not spawn. Since Ukiki's dialogue will not repeat, the player will need to warp to the snowy state and then back to the grassy one in order to get the Star.
- At the bottom of the mountain, another Star can be found. It is blocked by a rock in the grassy state, meaning the player will need to switch to the snowy state to collect it.
- (Unabandoned) In the grassy state, collect 8 red coins to unlock a Star.

- Parallel Lobby: From the second floor, enter the door flanked by two Bowser paintings to enter a room similar to the one that leads to THI. Depending on which painting you enter, you will either begin the level in the snowy (left) or grassy (right) state.
