Fire Bubble 2 is an area in B3313.
Description[]
The area is divided into two sections. The first section consists of a long passage filled with lava, which the player can traverse using a Koopa shell. Traversing this area can prove difficult, as the passage is littered with Blarggs and Firebars, both of which will result in instant death if the player is damaged, as there is no way to safely progress once the player loses the shell. The passage splits twice, and turning right at the first fork leads to the second section of the course: a small platformer with Fly Guys, Mr. I, Bullies, and Motos.
Turning left at the first fork, the player will soon reach a second fork. If they turn left again, two coin arrows point towards the end of the passageway, which opens out over a void. If the player turns right at the second fork, they can reach the end of the course.
Origins[]
The area's concept is inspired by internal names found in the vanilla game's Rainbow Ride. The names are "fire_building" and, of course, "fire bubble 2". The painting replaces Wing Mario Over the Rainbow's entrance as a result. The actual layout of the level appears to be fully original.

- Turn right at the first fork, go through a little platforming, and collect the star at the end.
- Turn left at the first fork, then right at the second fork to reach a star.
- (Unabandoned A2) Collect the 8 red coins at the left turn.
