Clock Tower was an area in B3313.
Description[]
An older version of Wing Cap by the Rainbow Highway with a vastly different layout. The Wing Cap Switch can be found here. The area is comprised of three clouds with rainbows below them leading to the ground level of the area, which consists of an island reminiscent of Tiny-Huge Island. Several houses surround it.
Origins[]
It seems to be an original creation. It is likely based on Tick Tock Clock's internal name from the vanilla game.
The music playing is "Coincentration" from Super Mario 64 DS.
