B3313 Wiki

Not to be confused with Kaizo Caverns, the area which Cave Dungeon replaced in B3313 v1.0.

Cave Dungeon is an area in B3313.

Description[]

The area is a cave made up of several zones, with terrain and aesthetic reminiscent of the vanilla Hazy Maze Cave. The player spawns in a room with a bridge, followed by the central room containing rolling rocks and the course's 8 red coins. From this central room, the player can reach an area with red scaffolding and silver stars to collect, a room with a warp to Scuttlebug's Nest, and the Motos vault.

The music playing is the vanilla Super Mario 64's underground theme "Cave Dungeon," from which the course takes its name.

  • In the rolling boulder area of the central room, climb the hill and wall jump to the top.
  • Use the Vanish Cap to pass through a grate to enter the Motos vault.
  • Collect 5 silver stars on two sections of scaffolding in a room off the central area.

Trivia[]

  • A sign in Motos Factory states that the Motos vault has been relocated to Cave Dungeon. While there is no vault in Cave Dungeon in v0.9, the redesigned version in v1.0 includes a vault containing a star.
