Inaccessible areas

These are areas which exist in the game files, but cannot be accessed for a myriad of reasons, from being unfinished and thus unused, or the warps required to reach these areas not functioning as intended. Some of these areas may be accessible through exploits, but due to not being reachable through intended means, they are included here.
