Captain Fly Guy's Tower is an area in B3313.
Description[]
Mario/Luigi spawns on a tower that looks a lot like Tower of the Wing Cap, but the tower is retextured, has a darker hue and is shrouded in a dark sky. There is nothing on the tower itself, except for a healing heart and a large Fly Guy in the distance. But as Mario/Luigi get closer, Captain Fly Guy himself appears (although it's just an upscaled version of an ordinary Fly Guy). After a short conversation, the battle begins.
The Captain Fly Guy uses more difficult, modified versions of his regular attacks. He can shoot out red fireballs, similar to the ones used by Bowser, as well as blue fireballs that explode into 3 blue fireballs upon touching the ground. He also has an attack where he dives at Mario/Luigi, similar to how a normal Fly Guy would behave, and in later phases, he can rush at them from the distance at high speeds while shooting out fireballs all over the arena, which usually happens a few times in quick succession. He can be damaged by punches, kicks, dives, etc. and after hitting him enough times, he will disappear, leaving behind a Red Star.
In Unabandoned, the level begins with Mario/Luigi surrounded by an army of fly guys, and Captain Fly Guy only appears appears after all the other fly guys have been defeated.
Dialogue[]
Talking to Captain Fly Guy:[]
"WOOSH! AND LIKE A GUST OF WIND, I APPEAR BEFORE YOU!
PREPARE YOURSELF, FOR I'LL HAVE YOUR HEAD
SPINNING IN CIRCLES!"
Origins[]
The structure of the tower is taken directly from the "Wing Cap Tower" level from the vanilla game.
The fight music is an arrangement of the boss theme from the vanilla game OST.
Everything else appears to be an original creation.

- In versions before Unabandoned (And presumably v1.0 Official) there was a bug where occasionally, when defeated, Captain Fly Guy wouldn't disappear and release a Red Star, but would instead sit there flashing for all eternity. It is currently unknown what caused this to happen.
