Barren Lobby was an area in B3313.
Description[]
This lobby consists of a huge brick room with doors and pipes. A massive painting of Pokeys hangs on the wall near the doors to Purple Upstairs. There are three of the beta Whomp's Fortress paintings in a row, with a Goomba painting at the end. The pipes stand on two circular platforms, with double doors behind them. There is also a hidden pipe behind the first platform and beneath the second.

The area seems to be completely original.
The music played here is an arrangement of Inside the Castle Walls from Purple Upstairs.

- Purple Upstairs: Enter the right door in the set of double doors beside the Pokey painting. The left door softlocks the game.
- 4th Floor (Fabricated): Enter the double doors upon the circular platforms, behind the pipes.
Leading away[]
- Plexal Lobby: Enter the doors on the opposite side of the lobby from the circular platforms.
- 4th Floor (Fabricated): Enter any of the pipes or Mountain paintings.
