B3313 v0.4 is the first major release of B3313. It was released on April 26th, 2021. This build is notable for being the first full playable version of B3313. It has a total of 82 areas with 72 of them being accessible.

Stars

B3313 v0.4 has 85 stars which are collectable. A fully completed file would only display 84 stars, thanks to a star in Chief Chilly Challenge which doesn't count towards the in-game total but is still labeled as collected internally.

There is an additional star in castle1 which is theoretically possible to collect, but is too far in the sky to collect through conventional means.

Trivia

• There is a 86th star with a unique ID, found in castle1 high up in the sky out of reach, making it unobtainable by legit means, therefore excluding it from the final count. There are a few Bob-ombs at the bottom of the level, which might make the star possible to collect via cloning, though this has not been done yet.
• Looking at the ceiling in beta lobbies crashes the game.
• Most of the NPCs have the same dialogue, the translation of the text from the start of the Shoshinkai 1995 demo.
